Lee Gross is the founder of Ethical Earth Solutions, a company bringing structured-water technologies to markets facing real water constraints.

 

With nearly five decades of entrepreneurial experience — the last several years centered on water-enhancement technology and water-use-efficiency — Lee focuses on commercialization: building distributor and channel relationships, running field trials, and connecting research institutions with practical deployment across agriculture, horticulture, turf management, and domestic home, health, and garden applications.

Through Ethical Earth Solutions' partnership with President Water Company, Lee brings vortex-structured water technology to golf courses, farmers, growers, and commercial operations across North America, including active outreach across the agriculture and turf grass sectors and research collaboration discussions with university horticulture and water programs.

 

This work has gained new relevance as water scarcity becomes a defining issue in parts of Canada and across the Southwestern United States — from reduced Colorado River allocations to tightening agricultural water budgets and rising conservation mandates.

 

Guided by a deep respect for water as foundational to ecosystem and community health, Lee approaches the work as both a business and a stewardship responsibility, advancing solutions that are commercially practical and truly regenerative.
